1. Acceptance of Terms

The 568jl name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 568jl or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) violating any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms; (b) creating multiple accounts or using another person's account; (c) engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices; (d) using the Platform for money laundering or other criminal activities; (e) using automated systems, bots, or software to access or interact with the Platform; (f) attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems; (g) interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers; (h) transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code; (i) collecting or harvesting information about other users; (j) using the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization; (k) engaging in abusive, harassing, or offensive behavior toward other users or staff; (l) exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in games or systems; (m) colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping; (n) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software on the Platform.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and potential legal action. 568jl reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigations.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account (subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements). Once your account is closed, you may not open a new account without written permission from 568jl. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations accrued under these Terms prior to closure.

9.2 Termination by 568jl

568jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspicious or fraudulent activity; (c) providing false or misleading information; (d) failure to complete identity verification; (e) extended account inactivity; (f) at our sole discretion for business reasons; (g) upon request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

In the event of account termination for violation of these Terms, 568jl reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit account balances and winnings, and refuse to process any pending withdrawals. If your account is terminated for reasons not related to violation of Terms (such as voluntary closure or business reasons), any remaining balance after meeting applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you using your registered payment method.

9.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 568JL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF 568JL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

568jl makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of content on the Platform. The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

568jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from: (a) technical failures, system downtime, or service interruptions; (b) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security; (c) errors or inaccuracies in game software or content; (d) actions or omissions of third-party service providers; (e) circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

In any event, 568jl's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to 568jl during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within a timely manner. Most disputes can be resolved through good faith communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of 568jl shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any legal matters not subject to arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

568jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, to reflect changes in our services, or for any other business reason.
